butter
grated
lemon rind
lemon
juice
chopped
fresh thyme or lemon thyme
Pat
the fish dry
Dust
with combined flour paprika, and pepper shake
off excess
Dip
each fillet into egg. coat with combined crumbs
and cheese.. Put aside until ready to use..
Best
put in fridge for about 15
min.
Heat
oil and fry fish over medium heat for about 2 to
3 min until each side is cooked
test with a fork.
To
prepare lemon thyme butter
Heat
butter and lemon rind juice and thyme in a small
saucepan over medium heat until butter melts
serve drizzled over fish
Serve
with vegetables or garden salad and new
potatoes.
